The Historic Faculty House is a smoke-free facility.

For All Reservations: You will be responsible for full payment on cancellations or early departures unless we can resell any or all of the nights you have reserved, except as provided below.

For single-night and weekly reservations: Cancellations must be made 10 days in advance of arrival or entire reservation period will be charged in full to credit card unless we are able to resell the nights reserved.

For monthly reservations, and portions of monthly reservations you will be responsible for full payment if the reservation is cancelled by you, unless we are able to resell the nights reserved. There is also an additional $300 non-refundable deposit fee for cancellations or early departures. Sorry, no exceptions.

Multiple Reservations (more than 2 rooms reserved), are under a separate cancellation policy--please inquire.
