For All Reservations, you will be responsible for full payment on cancellations or early departures unless we can resell any or all of the nights you have reserved,except as provided below.

For single-night and weekly reservations, if ten nights or less,cancellations must be made 10 days in advance of arrival or entire reservation period will be charged in full to credit card unless we are able to resell the nights reserved, and if the confirmed reservation is more than ten nights and less than thirty, advanced notice of cancelations must equal the number of nights of the confirmed reservation or the entire reservation period will be charged in full to credit card unless we are able to sell the nights reserved. Sorry, no exceptions

For monthly reservations, and portions of monthly reservations you will be responsible for full payment if the reservation is cancelled by you, unless the number of days of the cancellation notice from the first night of reserved occupancy equals or exceeds the number of days that the confirmed reservation was originally made for. There is also an additional $300 non-refundable deposit fee for cancellations or early departures occurring less than 30 days from the first night of the reservation. Sorry, no exceptions.

Multiple Reservations (more than 2 rooms reserved), are under a separate cancellation policy--please inquire.

Cancellations should be made through the Faculty House website using the same identifying information as used in your original Reservation Request. Thank You.
